ITISA was founded in the early 1980’s and has developed a track record of success in a complex field of organisational development, strategic management and leadership development in South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and Abroad.
Early work focused on major socio–political-economic change in South Africa and included being instrumental in the facilitation of the Dakar meetings between the exiled ANC and a group of business leaders, academics and dissident politicians.
